To determine the correct size head guard, measure the circumference of the whole head at the widest point (just above the ears and brow).
Boxing Gloves Weight Guide:
10oz – fighter weight 45-51kg,
12oz – fighter weight 52-64kg,
14oz – fighter weight 65-73kg,
16oz – fighter weight 74kg+.
