• Ideal for kick-boxing and other martial arts training, the shock absorbing foam head guard is designed to absorb high impact blows to the forehead, ears and rear of the head when sparring.
• The head guard is specifically shaped to reduce uncomfortable neck pressure at the back and includes ear guards for the ultimate protection.
• Made from a soft EVA foam dipped in PVC resin, and vacuum moulded to finish, the head guard also features ventilation holes for air flow and to prevent moisture build-up, keeping the wearer cool.
• Securely fastens with an elastic velcro strap under the chin for a comfortable and easy adjustable fit.

To determine the correct size head guard, measure the circumference of the whole head at the widest point (just above the ears and brow).
